Step 1:

  • No registration procedure for the product is followed by Laser Electronics. You don't have to worry about this, as customer service is there to have your back. Telephone and email are convenient ways to contact them.

  • You can also track your order using the order number. The model number has been provided on both the product package and the product.

Step 2:

  • Four precious steps have to be followed for the warranty claim process. Your warranty claim is processed only if you furnish the date of purchase.

  • If there's uncertainty about the date of purchase, the company will evaluate the product based on its manufacturing date, current condition, and specific defect.

  • The analysis of your product's fault and the process for refund or replacement is conducted at the place of purchase. The Laser electronics must be contacted when they are not available.

Step 3:

  • They may take 48 hours to issue the Return Authorisation Number after you provide the defective product with all attachments and a copy of your receipt. The return cost for delivery is their responsibility.

  • They will either provide you with a replacement unit or communicate their assessment to inform you of the outcome. Typically, you can expect a response within 10 business days in most instances.

  • During the warranty process, Laser Electronics may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 12-month warranty period.
