Step 1:

  • To initiate your warranty claim with Marin, you need to complete the product registration process. Such as bike model, purchase date, and serial number, along with your personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and residential address.

  • Beneath the bottom bracket, the serial number can be located. This marks the frame section where the pedals connect at the base of your bicycle.

  • Marin Bikes will keep you updated by providing the latest information and ensuring the protection of your bike based on the details you provide in the form.

Step 2:

  • The warranty grants you certain legal entitlements, and you might possess additional rights that can differ depending on your location. The interpretation of the warranty will be in accordance with the laws of the United States.

  • No entity or individuals, including Marin's employees or agents, have the authority to alter, expand, or extend this warranty in any manner, or to provide any other warranties, either expressed or implied, on behalf of Marin.

  • You can contact their support team for warranty assistance. If telephone support does not resolve the issue, you will be able to access Service & Support through Marin or its authorized service representatives.

Step 3:

  • The customer service team has two options to contact them: either by mail or using the form. As of now, getting in touch with them via the form is the most effective way.

  • They advise you to use email more than direct phone calls because through email you can send photos, website links, and other customer service inquiries.

  • During the warranty process, Marin Bikes may provide one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. Marin Bikes provides a 1-year warranty on complete bicycles, a 5-year warranty on frames, and a lifetime warranty on rigid frames and forks.

Marin Bikes Warranty Period:

  • 1-year warranty on complete bicycle

  • 5-year warranty on Carbon Fiber Frames and Forks and Full Suspension Frames

  • Lifetime warranty on Rigid Frames and Forks
