Step 1:

  • Kindly note that without proof of purchase, you won't be able to make a warranty claim with Mr. Coffee.

  • You are advised to keep the original sales receipt for the Mr. Coffee warranty claim process, as it will be required when filling out the warranty claim form.

Step 2:

  • The warranty remains valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of the initial retail purchase and it cannot be assigned to anyone.

  • During the warranty process, Mr. Coffee may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year limited warranty period.

Step 3:

  • Please complete the product registration by supplying your name, email, physical address, model number, and purchase location.

  • Completing the form is sufficient to contact the customer support crew members.

  • After filling up all the fields, you will have to upload images that should not exceed a total of 6.9 MB in the given formats.
