3 Simple Steps for Marmot Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Your name, email, residential address, phone number, category, color and size of the product, type of issue that you are dealing with, and its description have to be submitted in the warranty claim form.

  • Furthermore, Marmot requires you to upload the files in the mentioned formats, with a total size limit of 6.9 MB and 2.3 MB for each file. The "i" icon button provides information on locating the style number.

Step 2:

  • There are two returning time periods for products purchased from Marmot. The products bought on the official website between November 13 - December 24, 2023, can be returned within seventy days from the purchase date. The fixed time limit for returning products bought before or after the mentioned dates is sixty days from the purchase.

  • You must return all products with the original receipt. The returning instructions, prepaid shipping, and RMA labels to be printed out are sent through email as soon as you provide your order number and billing zip code.

  • The processing of returns usually requires 10-14 business days from the time the package reaches the warehouse. Please note that your bank might take an additional 2-7 business days to reflect the refund on your original payment method.

Step 3:

  • The customer service department will offer you guidance on how to get the original receipt or packaging slip in case you have lost it through phone or email.

  • You do not need to be in a confused state as customer support is available to have your back and in many cases, they have successfully solved a lot of issues.
