  • In order to check the product, you should return it to the seller with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which can be obtained from the customer support team.

Step 2:

  • The product's bottom or backside has the model number, which is typically printed on the silver label. The shipping cost has to be paid by you when you send back the product to Crock-Pot.

  • While contacting the customer support team, you must supply them with the necessary information, including images to be uploaded at the end, with a total maximum size of 6.9 MB. The size of each file should be 2.3 MB.

What is covered under the Crock-Pot Cooker Warranty?

Sunbeam Products, Inc. assures that, for a duration of one year from the date of delivery to the original end-user purchaser, the products will be free from defects in both material and workmanship. The Crock-Pot® Brand, at its discretion, will undertake the repair or replacement, without any charges, of this product or any defective component identified during the warranty period. The replacement will involve a new product or component, provided at no expense to the consumer. In cases where the original product is no longer accessible, a replacement may be offered with a similar product of equal or greater value.

What is NOT covered under the Crock-Pot Cooker Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for normal wear of parts or damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, usage on improper voltage or current, contravention of the operating instructions provided by Crock-Pot® Brand, disassembly, repair, or alteration by anyone other than Crock-Pot® Brand or an authorized Crock-Pot® Brand service center. Crock-Pot® Brand explicitly disclaims responsibility under the warranty for defects or damage resulting from repairs or alterations conducted by individuals other than Crock-Pot® Brand or an authorized Crock-Pot® Brand service center.
