3 Simple Steps for Crock-Pot Cooker Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The information, such as proof of purchase, place, and date of purchase, is considered most important in claiming the warranty using the form. Apart from that, you may have to attach images of the product.

  • In order to check the product, you should return it to the seller with a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which can be obtained from the customer support team.

Step 2:

  • The product's bottom or backside has the model number, which is typically printed on the silver label. The shipping cost has to be paid by you when you send back the product to Crock-Pot.

  • While contacting the customer support team, you must supply them with the necessary information, including images to be uploaded at the end, with a total maximum size of 6.9 MB. The size of each file should be 2.3 MB.

Step 3:

  • Certain states may not permit restrictions on the duration of an implied warranty, and as such, the aforementioned limitation might not be applicable to you.

  • The warranty grants you particular legal entitlements, and you may possess additional rights that differ from state to state.
