  • If CE Brands receives a return authorization request within the relevant warranty period, the company will, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, either repair or replace the product if it is found to be defective during the warranty period.

Step 2:

  • A replacement product will be covered by warranty for the remaining duration of the original warranty period or ninety days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period mandated by applicable law.

  • The limited product warranties are applicable only in the jurisdictions where CE Brands sells the products directly or through its authorized reseller or agent. The warranties are valid to the extent permitted by the applicable laws of those jurisdictions.

Step 3:

  • The customer support team guides you to provide a list of details for the warranty service. You can get in touch with them through chat or by making a request. The team will furnish you with the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve or identify the issue.

  • The analysis may require up to 10 working days. After the technical team identifies the root cause, they will offer warranty service to customers who have purchased the products directly from authorized outlets.

  • During the warranty process, Motorola Watch may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 1-year limited warranty period.
