  • You have to keep in mind that AlkaWay Water Filter has not had any specific procedure for product registration since the customer support team collects details of your product when you make the warranty claim.

  • Your queries cannot be resolved unless you complete the form provided for inquiries. The form includes sections for your name, phone number, email, subject, and comments.

Step 2:

  • The manufacturer allows you to return any products that fail to meet your expectations with a return authorization number. A refund will be provided after the proper inspection of the products.

  • They provide a refund to your original payment method without including the original shipping and handling charges, as it is your responsibility. C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted.

  • The processing time for a refund is two weeks from the date the product is delivered to the seller. Returned products should not be opened or damaged. Please note that there is no refund for used water filter cartridges.

Step 3:

  • You have the option to extend your warranty period to three years from the initial warranty period for the UltraStream family of products. When filing a claim, it is mandatory to validate the 3-year extended warranty by providing a copy of the invoice as evidence of the purchase.

  • The products and services they offer are backed by guarantees that are irrevocable under Australian Consumer Law.

  • During the warranty process, Alkaway Water Filter may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the 12-month warranty period.

What is covered under the Alkaway Water Filter Warranty?

AlkaWay provides a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on all supplied products, effective from the date of purchase. To ensure warranty validation, it is essential to retain a copy of your Proof of Purchase. The warranty is applicable solely to non-commercial end users and is restricted to defects in materials and manufacturing. Additionally, the manufacturer's warranty extends to cover products supplied by AlkaWay through AlkaWay-authorized resellers.

What is NOT covered under the Alkaway Water Filter Warranty?

The manufacturer's warranty excludes defects determined by AlkaWay or AlkaWay Authorized Resellers to arise from misuse, neglect, mishandling, improper installation, or the failure to timely replace filters. It also does not cover damage resulting from insect infestation or the neglect to prevent calcium build-up in areas with hard water.
