Step 1:

  • Sign in using your Google or Motorola account on the official Motorola website.

  • By signing in, you can register your device, review warranty details, and submit a repair request.

  • On the 'My Products' page, you can register your device by adding it using an IMEI number. To retrieve the IMEI number, dial *#06#.

Step 2:

  • After registering your product you can file a claim to submit a repair request with 6 simple steps.

  • By selecting your registered product, you can specify the issue with your device. Provide a detailed description of the problem.

  • Upon submitting the claim, you will be contacted by a Motorola customer support executive.

  • Make sure you have all the necessary documentation to support your warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • To expedite this process, contact the customer team using the provided number on the Motorola website.

  • Describe the issue you are facing with your Motorola device and provide them with all the pertinent information. Be ready to answer any queries they may have, and follow the instructions provided. 

  • The customer support representative will guide you through the repair or replacement process, and may ask for additional information or instructions on how to proceed.

  • After receiving the product, Motorola will evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty policy. Please be patient and await further updates from Motorola.

What is covered under the Motorola Warranty?

The Motorola Warranty generally provides coverage for manufacturing defects or malfunctions in a device for a predetermined period of time. It covers repairs or replacements of defective hardware or software elements, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.   • 12 months warranty for mechanical breakdown after the manufacturer's warranty expires
