Step 2:

  • Motorola does not charge for repairs during the warranty period. However, products outside the warranty period may incur a small repair fee. Once you submit a repair request, the repairs are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Save the IMEI, Service Order number, email address, or contact phone number as they play a vital role in tracking the repair status.

Step 3:

  • You have the option to extend the warranty for an additional year with the Moto Care Extended Service Plan. Additionally, you can obtain 2-year damage coverage immediately upon purchasing Moto Care Accidental Damage Protection.

  • You can cancel extended service and accidental damage protection within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, regardless of the reason.
