  • Costa Optical eyeglass frames or lenses supplied by your Eye Care Practitioner cannot be repaired.

Step 2:

  • Undamaged products can be returned within thirty days from the date of receipt.

  • Costa Del Mar will credit the refund amount to your bank account once they receive and inspect the products.  

  • The processing of the refund will be notified via email and the refund time limit does not go beyond the five business days.

  • Exchanging products is currently not feasible; however, you have the option to reorder from the official website.

  • The manufacturer will not be responsible for incurring the processing fee which is a mixture of applicable taxes, return shipping, and handling charges.
