You can have your products registered by providing your basic details like name, email address and phone number along with your detailed address including city, state and postal code. Product details to be included are the product name and its serial number along with the location and price of purchase.
Even though you register your products, You must have all the proofs of purchase like sales receipt and order copy in hand while availing of a warranty claim.
In case you find your products defective, You must immediately get in touch with the authorized dealer near you for the product evaluation.
If it is eligible for the claim, you must return the product to the dealer from which it was purchased with your original receipt as per the terms of the warranty. They will proceed further and get you a proper claim.
In case it is not possible, You should contact their support and arrange for the return of the product to them or in-field destruction of the product at their option, as well as provision of your original receipt to them. Please be noted that all the shipping costs will be borne by you.

Klipsch's warranty plan covers any form of defects in workmanship and materials for the specified warranty period of the product only to the original purchaser immediately from the date of purchase. The team will go forward and repair or replace the product free of cost if the claim is proven. In case the product cannot be efficiently repaired or is no longer available, Klipsch at its sole discretion can replace it with other products of the same or greater value. Please be noted that the product's warranty period will not be extended after the claim. It gives you special legal rights along with other rights which will vary from one state or province to the other.
Klipsch's warranty guidelines have a clear direction and it eliminates any product that is claimed for damage due to part or whole failure of the product because of storage issues, misuse, improper installation, accident, negligence, transportation, modification, wear from ordinary use, unauthorized repair, mishandling or environmental deterioration. It also does not cover consequential or cosmetic damage including paint damage and damage to other components or premises. Any product found with a missing or altered serial number and that has not followed Klipsch's instructions in usage also goes void in the claim.
