The return will be processed correctly within 7-10 business days if you initiate the return within 10 calendar days of receiving the products. The products that are about to be returned should not be used or damaged.
The cost of return shipping is taken care of by them for orders made from the official website and within the USA. Return shipping charges should be paid by buyers who made and returned orders beyond the boundaries of the Land of Freedom.
Upon receipt, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as a credit on the official website.
The refund amount is based on the retail price of the items at the time of purchase, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

MOSCOT assures that the covered product is free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, extending this warranty to the original buyer. During this period, MOSCOT will repair or replace, at no cost, any part that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover repairs required due to anything other than normal use, which includes, but is not limited to, damage, defects, or breakage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper or unreasonable use of the product. Additionally, frames that have been lost or stolen are not covered. Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a MOSCOT-authorized technician is not covered under the warranty
