You are required to complete the information regarding your name, email address, residential address, date, and location of the purchase, prescription, custom-made or non-custom-made, and SKU number of the product.
You have the option to return any sunglasses or merchandise bought from the Maui Jim website, including custom-designed styles through their MyMaui® program, for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
Additionally, you must enclose the packing list you received with your initial order. To be eligible for a refund, all products must remain in their original case and/or packaging and be in impeccable, resalable condition.
In case a Maui Jim Gift Card or VIP Card was utilized during the purchase, it will be reissued via email and made accessible for a new order after the return is processed.
Before processing any charges, all repairs undergo inspection to determine warranty coverage. To expedite the repair processing, you can provide payment information at the checkout stage of the repair form.

Maui Jim sunglasses come with a two-year warranty for the original purchaser from the date of purchase, covering any defect in materials and workmanship when bought from an authorized Maui Jim reseller or directly from the website.
The warranty becomes null and void if any alterations are made to the original lenses or frames. Maui Jim will, at its discretion, repair or replace any pair of Maui Jim sunglasses found to have defects, excluding damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use. Normal wear, such as lens scratching or accidental breakage, is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, shipping costs are not included in the warranty coverage.
