3 Simple Steps for Maui Jim Sunglasses Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Registration of your product must be completed promptly. The registration section is divided into three categories: personal, product, and proof of purchase.

  • You are required to complete the information regarding your name, email address, residential address, date, and location of the purchase, prescription, custom-made or non-custom-made, and SKU number of the product.

Step 2:

  • You have the option to return any sunglasses or merchandise bought from the Maui Jim website, including custom-designed styles through their MyMaui® program, for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Additionally, you must enclose the packing list you received with your initial order. To be eligible for a refund, all products must remain in their original case and/or packaging and be in impeccable, resalable condition.

Step 3:

  • In case a Maui Jim Gift Card or VIP Card was utilized during the purchase, it will be reissued via email and made accessible for a new order after the return is processed.

  • Before processing any charges, all repairs undergo inspection to determine warranty coverage. To expedite the repair processing, you can provide payment information at the checkout stage of the repair form.

  • During the warranty process, Maui Jim Sunglasses may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
