Step 1:

  • Before beginning, confirm that your product's issue is a result of a manufacturing flaw in materials or workmanship. The warranty specifically covers mechanical and electrical failures, such as internal circuitry defects, driver malfunctions, or battery failures under normal use. It specifically excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications (unless specifically covered under a Connected Equipment Warranty for power strips).

  • Ensure you have your original dated sales receipt or digital order confirmation ready. For a claim to be valid, the product must have been purchased from an authorized Monster dealer. Note that the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

  • If you are claiming for a power protection product under a Connected Equipment Warranty, you must be able to demonstrate that the surge protector failed to perform its function during a power spike. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as frayed cables or cosmetic fading, is typically not covered.

Step 2:

  • To initiate the process, access the specialized contact us portal on the official website. You can submit a digital intake ticket or contact the customer service team via the provided email address to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • You must provide your Order ID or receipt details along with a detailed description of the fault, such as "Bluetooth pairing failure" or "no power to outlets." Including the specific model name and serial number (usually found on the product or original packaging) is essential for ensuring the correct replacement is identified.

  • High-quality photographs or videos of the defect are required for assessment. For power centers, photos of the connected equipment and the setup may also be requested to verify that the product was used according to the safety instructions provided in the manual.

Step 3:

  • If the digital claim is approved, the company will, at its discretion, repair the unit, provide a comparable replacement, or offer a refund if the item is no longer in production. For approved warranty claims, you will be provided with instructions on where to ship your defective unit for inspection.

  • Once the team authorizes a solution, follow the provided shipping instructions carefully. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package; items sent without a valid authorization number may be refused at the warehouse, leading to delays in your replacement or repair.
