  • For the warranty claim, a couple of images and a detailed explanation of the problem are needed and that should be sent to the email mentioned below. One or two business days are sufficient for them to get back to you after they receive your email.

  • Through email, Mission Workshop sends you a set of instructions that explain the procedure for shipping the product to the manufacturer.

Step 2:

  • With an email address and order number, you can commence the return process. The return policy applies to the products that do not meet your expectations and follows a 45-day time period from the purchase date to return the products.

  • You must pack your new and unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the original hang tags are not missing. The processing time for a refund ranges from a minimum of 10 business days to a maximum of 12 business days from the date it reaches the warehouse border.

Step 3:

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed to the original payment method. If you made the purchase from third parties and not from the official website of Mission Workshop or Mission Workshop's San Francisco retail store, please contact them directly.

  • Products that have undergone modifications, alterations, or any changes deviating from their original form are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

  • During the warranty process, Timbuk2 Bags may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the lifetime warranty period.
