3 Simple Steps for Case Knives Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • The warranty form, also known as the repair form, has to be used when you find that your Case knife has defects in manufacturing. They will repair your knife with parts manufactured recently.

  • You should not attempt to send the knife with any collectible boxes, tins, tissues, or original paperwork. The duration for the knife to be serviced is 6-8 weeks. When it is determined that your knife cannot be repaired under the warranty period, you will be provided with a new one.

Step 2:

  • A refund is provided for the products returned in new and unused condition without crossing the time limit of thirty days from the order shipment date. The products should have been purchased from the official website of Case for return.

  • The original packaging should be used to return the products and you cannot send back the personalized products to the seller. Case reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of $25 at their discretion for items returned with a value of $250 or more.

  • The order number should be labeled on the outside and inside of the package. You don't need to hesitate when you call consumer relations specialists for further clarification.

Step 3:

  • The return form includes your order number, reason for the product to be returned, first and last name, email, and phone number. Other than one field, all fields are mandatory to be filled out.

  • The queries regarding general questions, online orders, Case Collectors Club, and custom imprinting will be addressed by the masterminded customer support team.

  • During the warranty process, Case Knives may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
