  • The Frigidaire warranty claim service will not be commenced until you provide the receipt, delivery slip, or other suitable payment record as evidence. The warranty will not be valid outside of the USA and Canada.

Step 2:

  • Registration creates a pathway for you to receive customized tips, exclusive offers, discounts, instant resolution for issues, and product updates. Furthermore, Frigidaire will be pleased if you win the $10,000 prize through registration.

  • The registration needs to be done by providing your name, email address, phone, serial, and model number, purchase location, and date of delivery. The warranty period is stretchable following the protection plans.

Step 3:

  • The return time period is not common for all products, as each category of the product has a different return time frame. The time period for major appliances, room air conditioners/dehumidifiers, vacuums, or consumables/accessories is 10 days, 14 days, and 30 days, respectively, for the last two.

  • In certain states and provinces, limitations on incidental or consequential damages, or restrictions on the duration of implied warranties, may not be permitted. Therefore, these limitations or exclusions might not apply to you.

What is covered under the Frigidaire Warranty?

Frigidaire offers a warranty ensuring that its products are devoid of material or workmanship flaws for a specified duration starting from the purchase date. During this period, Frigidaire will undertake repairs or replacements of any faulty parts of the appliance, provided the appliance is installed, operated, and maintained as per the provided guidelines. For problems such as the refrigerator stopping, not cooling, ice maker not working, freezer not cooling, erratic temperatures, noisy refrigerator, or air conditioner not cooling, producing noise or unpleasant smells, dehumidifier showing an error code, or dishwasher not working or doors not sealing, file a warranty claim with the customer service department. They will arrange either a repair or replacement after the failed troubleshooting steps provided on the Frigidaire website.

What is NOT covered under the Frigidaire Warranty?

The Frigidaire warranty excludes coverage for products with original serial numbers that have been tampered with or are unidentifiable, items transferred from their original owner or taken outside the USA or Canada, rust on the interior or exterior of the unit, purchases made "as-is," food loss due to refrigerator or freezer malfunctions, products utilized in commercial settings, service calls unrelated to material or workmanship defects, home appliances not used as intended or not in ordinary household settings, assistance related to installation or appliance usage instruction, expenses for making home appliances accessible for servicing, such as removing trim or shelves, service calls for replacing light bulbs, air filters, water filters, or cosmetic parts, surcharges for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service calls, tolls, ferry trip charges, or mileage expenses for remote areas including Alaska, damages to appliance or home finishes incurred during installation, and damages resulting from unauthorized service, use of non-genuine parts, or external factors like misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
