  • You can reach out to them via phone, email, or live chat. The warranty determination form is used to claim the warranty for Handbags, Small Leather Goods, and Tech Accessories, and it should be submitted to the customer service team.

Step 2:

  • You should return the products in new, unused condition, with original tags attached, and all original packaging and other components included if they did not make you happy. The return should be made within thirty days from the date of shipment.

  • The manufacturer offers you the option of returning items by mail or in-store. Exchanges are not able to be done via mail. You are prohibited from returning underwear, custom-made, face masks, engraved, or personalized items, or clearance items.

  • The refund for your returned products will be credited back to your account using the original form of payment unless proof of purchase is not presented to them with the return package.
