  • The original end-user who holds the original factory serial number has the right to claim the warranty for the products. The opening of the support ticket option is available online.

  • To check the problems that happened due to hardware and are subject to an advanced exchange or repair, the Vivitek support team can be reached via direct phone call or email after consulting with the Vivitek reseller about the issues, or after following the manuals.

Step 2:

  • The product registration will make you receive the service, warranty claims, searches, and notifications about any amendments faster than ever before. It has to be completed by submitting the form.

  • The form needs you to fill in the fields such as the name of the product, serial number, date and place of purchase, and physical address of where you have resided. It is better not to skip any fields.

Step 3:

  • When you have not had any conversations with the representatives from Vivitek customer support, and you want to return the defective products for repairs or refund just make it happen by making a return request on the contact page.

  • You will almost have doubts about the RMA request process getting cleared from them. For approved return submissions, identification or support ticket number needs to be filled out.

What is covered under the Vivitek Projectors Warranty?

Vivitek Corporation guarantees the quality of its products, ensuring they are free from faulty materials and workmanship. The company commits to rectifying any such defects within the specified warranty period, under the condition that the projector or Novo product is utilized in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the User Manual.

What is NOT covered under the Vivitek Projectors Warranty?

The warranty excludes damage to the Projector or Novo resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations (including third-party lamps), natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs. Additionally, it does not cover damage caused by improper or incorrectly performed installations, setup adjustments, projector mounting, operations, repairs, or non-compliance with recommended maintenance procedures. Other instances not covered include power surges, connection to incorrect voltage, use of incompatible components or accessories, or repairs performed by unauthorized service facilities. You are responsible for all freight costs associated with shipping defective Projectors or Novo devices to Vivitek's Service Center, and consequential or incidental damages incurred are not recoverable under the warranty.
