  • To initiate a warranty claim, promptly inform Crestron by reaching out to the Customer Support Center or visiting the official website to acquire further local contact details. You can also get in touch with your Authorized Reseller.

  • If your products are eligible for return, Crestron or your Authorized Reseller will furnish additional guidance regarding the Return Material Authorization procedure. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.

Step 2:

  • Crestron's True Blue Technical Support is readily available to assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, diagnostics, inquiries about products, and any other technical support requirements you may have.

  • Many issues can be resolved over the phone through close collaboration between the Customer and the Crestron Customer Support Center. 

Step 3:

  • For Crestron to efficiently handle a warranty claim, please ensure you provide the Product’s serial and model numbers, along with its current operating system version if applicable.

  • This warranty is exclusively offered to Customers who made the original purchase of the Product and does not apply to subsequent owners.

What is covered under the Crestron Warranty?

Crestron guarantees that if any Product displays defects in material or workmanship during normal use within three years from the date of Crestron's shipment, or if any motor or other moving mechanical part exhibits defects within one year from the date of shipment, provided the Customer promptly informs Crestron through an Authorized Reseller and arranges for the return of the defective Product, Crestron will, at its discretion: furnish a replacement product; repair the defective Product; or offer a credit towards the purchase price of a comparable replacement product bought from an Authorized Reseller.

What is NOT covered under the Crestron Warranty?

The warranty becomes invalid, and Crestron bears no responsibility under its terms if the Product has been utilized in a manner or setting not intended for its purpose, or if it has undergone misuse, abuse, accidental harm, alterations, improper repairs or installations, or been exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as incorrect voltage, improper wiring, inadequately rated fuses or circuit breakers, insufficient ventilation, incorrect temperatures, or acts of nature. Additionally, this warranty excludes any Product with an altered, defaced, or removed serial number.
