  • For Returns or exchanges, you need to create an account. Generally, they extend their warranty period up to 60 days for account holders and 30-45 days for non-account holders. However, Maytag’s warranty window is limited to appliances.

  • After creating an account, Maytag encourages you to register your products in order to obtain more efficient warranty services. Please fill in all the required information carefully and accurately.

Step 2:

  • In case of exchange, no additional shipping, delivery, or service charges are applied. Depending on the price variation with the new item, your credit card which is initially used for the original purchase will either be credited or charged accordingly.

  • If you choose to go for a return, the product refund will be offered, but not the delivery, shipping, or service charges. Depending upon the nature of the damages you can either choose repair or exchange.

Step 3:

  • Maytag offers 12 months of manufacturer warranty for repairs when all the proof of purchase is submitted. Failure to submit the purchase proofs will incur repair or service charges.
