In case of exchange, no additional shipping, delivery, or service charges are applied. Depending on the price variation with the new item, your credit card which is initially used for the original purchase will either be credited or charged accordingly.
If you choose to go for a return, the product refund will be offered, but not the delivery, shipping, or service charges. Depending upon the nature of the damages you can either choose repair or exchange.
Maytag offers 12 months of manufacturer warranty for repairs when all the proof of purchase is submitted. Failure to submit the purchase proofs will incur repair or service charges.

The standard 10-year limited parts warranty offered by the Maytag brand encompasses both parts and labor during the initial year following your purchase (from the delivery date).
