What is covered under the LiftMaster Warranty?

LiftMaster is a part of Chamberlain Group LLC and they always warrant each of LiftMaster products to be free of any type of workmanship and material defects for the applicable period of time only to the original purchaser of the product, especially in the originally installed residence. The warranty period immediately commences from the date of purchase. You will have to send the product along with a brief description of the problem and proof of date of purchase to their place with shipping charges from your side after their approval for the claim process following their instructions on the shipment. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at their sole discretion with new or factory-rebuilt parts.
