Step 1:

  • You must possess the sales slip or other proof of purchase date because it will be required to determine the eligibility of the products for warranty service or repair. There is no link between product registration and warranty eligibility.

  • The form includes the name, company, email, kind of product that has been purchased, model, and other information that has to be completed.

Step 2:

  • The ATUS service form must be filled out to avail of the warranty service. This form should be included inside the box returned with the product for repair, along with the proof of purchase.

  • Make sure to provide both your daytime telephone number and email address on the Service Form. After inspecting the product, they will contact you either by phone or email with a quotation.

Step 3:

  • If a defect arises, the end-user's sole recourse, as determined by A.T.U.S., may include repair costs, a refund in the form of credit or cash, or product replacement.

  • The customer service department maintains a separate email ID for every department. They can be contacted through email or phone and have solved many issues successfully for the customers.

What is covered under the Audio-Technica Warranty?

Audio-Technica products bought in the United States from an authorized Audio-Technica (A.T.U.S.) dealer come with a specific warranty period from the date of purchase by A.T.U.S., ensuring they are free from material and workmanship defects. To avail of these remedies, the product must be shipped prepaid to A.T.U.S. or an Authorized Service Center, along with the sales receipt or other proof of purchase date.

What is NOT covered under the Audio-Technica Warranty?
