The warranty primarily covers the materials and workmanship defects found in the products. Consumables and the parts that are prone to wear such as fuses, lamps, mechanical braking systems, light bulbs, and batteries are excluded. If a warranty claim leads to repair or replacement, this doesn’t guarantee an extension of the existing warranty period. For repairs and replacements, a warranty period of six months comes into effect from the repair date, but at least for the remaining duration of the original window. Marantec doesn’t warrant against the damages resulting from improper use, force majeure, environmental conditions, mechanical force such as accidental/falls, negligence, improper maintenance, and amendments done by non-qualified persons.
