Step 1:

  • Confirm your product was purchased as brand new from an authorized LyxPro retailer. This warranty applies to the original consumer purchaser only, is non-transferable, and is valid only in the country where the product was originally purchased.

  • Verify your product is within the applicable warranty period. All LyxPro products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of retail purchase; LyxPro cables carry a 5-year warranty from the date of retail purchase.

  • Ensure your product has not been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes, and has not been modified or tampered with without written permission from the company. Consumable parts such as batteries, fuses, and bulbs, as well as cosmetic damage, are also excluded.

Step 2:

  • Visit the LyxPro website to access the Support Center and warranty information. While formal product registration is not required to activate your warranty, the company may require additional documents or compliance with registration requirements before providing warranty service; contact customer service for details.

  • Retain your original bill of sale or receipted invoice showing the purchase date in a safe place for the full duration of your warranty period. This proof of purchase is mandatory and must be presented to LyxPro or its authorized service provider when requesting warranty service.

  • Keep all original packaging, accessories, and documentation together with your product, as these may be required when returning the product for warranty service.

Step 3:

  • Contact LyxPro Customer Service by email or phone to initiate your warranty claim. Provide your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the defect; the team will advise on problem determination and the appropriate service procedure before any product is returned.

  • Pack your product securely and ship it to the LyxPro Return Facility at the address provided by the support team. Shipping expenses to the return facility are not covered by the warranty and must be paid by the consumer; the consumer also bears all risk of loss or damage to the product until it is delivered to the facility.

  • Once received and inspected, LyxPro will, at its sole discretion, repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, exchange it for a new or functionally equivalent unit, or refund the purchase price replacement products carry the warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer protection; refunds are only available if the original product is returned.

What is covered under the LyxPro Warranty?

LyxPro products are warranted by C&A Marketing, Inc. to the original consumer purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 year from the date of retail purchase.

  • LyxPro cables are warranted for 5 years from the date of retail purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
  • At its sole discretion, LyxPro will repair the defective product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, exchange it for a new or functionally equivalent unit, or refund the purchase price.
  • Replacement products or parts carry the warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer protection.
  • When a product or part is exchanged, the replacement becomes the customer's property and the returned unit becomes LyxPro's property.
  • Refunds are only available if the original product is returned.

What is NOT covered under the LyxPro Warranty?

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; damage from use with non-LyxPro products; damage caused by third-party services; or operating the product outside its permitted or intended use as described by the company.

  • Products that have been modified or tampered with without written permission from C&A Marketing, Inc.; products with removed or defaced serial numbers; cosmetic damage; and consumable parts such as batteries, fuses, and bulbs.
  • Non-LyxPro products even if packaged or sold with the product; damage resulting from failure to follow the company's instructions relating to product use; and any product used or serviced outside the country of original purchase.
