  • Confirm your product was purchased from an authorized Galaxy Audio dealer and verify the applicable warranty period for your specific product Connect-It Series Cables carry 5 years; Hot Spot, Micro Spot, Any Spot, Line Array, Traveler, and Checkmate products carry 3 years; microphones, earbuds, studio headphones, and RM Series products carry 1 year; Traveler batteries carry 90 days.

    Ensure your product's serial number is intact and unaltered products with effaced or removed serial numbers are not covered; the warranty is also not enforceable outside the United States and is not assumed by any third party, dealer, or unauthorized service center.

  • Make sure the issue is not the result of accident, misuse, neglect, failure to follow the owner's manual, or unauthorized repairs damage to the exterior after delivery and damage occurring during shipment back to Galaxy Audio are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Step 2:

  • Visit the Galaxy Audio website to complete your product registration registration helps the service team verify your warranty status and process any future repair or return request faster.

    Keep your original proof of purchase in a safe place proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty status when contacting Galaxy Audio's Service Department for repair or return.

  • Familiarize yourself with the Galaxy Audio Support and FAQ pages on the website before submitting a claim many common technical questions can be resolved quickly through troubleshooting guidance without needing to send your product in.

Step 3:

  • Before sending anything in, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Galaxy Audio contact the Service Department by phone at (800) 369-7768 ext. 119 or visit the Galaxy Audio support website to request an RMA; no returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

    Once your RA number is issued, pack your product securely and ship it to the Galaxy Audio Service Department the customer is responsible for inbound shipping costs; freight charges will not be reimbursed; Galaxy Audio will cover return shipping on all products repaired under warranty.

  • Upon receipt, Galaxy Audio's policy is to repair and return the defective product if the item is deemed un-repairable by the Galaxy Audio technician, it may be replaced at no charge; out-of-warranty repairs are available at $60 per hour ($30 minimum) plus parts, with the customer responsible for all shipping costs.

What is covered under the Galaxy Audio Warranty?

Galaxy Audio warrants the materials and workmanship of its products for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty policy is to repair and return defective merchandise. Items deemed un-repairable by the Galaxy Audio technician may be replaced at no charge. Proof of purchase may be required to verify warranty status. Galaxy Audio covers return shipping on all warranty repairs. Galaxy Audio does not authorize any third party, dealer, or service center to assume any warranty liability on its behalf. This warranty is only enforceable within the United States.

What is NOT covered under the Galaxy Audio Warranty?

Damage from accident, misuse, neglect, failure to follow owner's manual instructions, or repairs performed by anyone other than the Galaxy Audio Service Department.

  • Exterior deterioration after initial delivery; damage to products with altered or removed serial numbers; and damage occurring during shipment back to Galaxy Audio after the original delivery to the customer.
  • Non-warranty out-of-pocket repairs are subject to a $60/hour labor rate ($30 minimum) plus parts, with the customer responsible for all shipping in both directions freight charges are never reimbursed under any circumstances.
