Step 1:

  • Confirm your product was purchased new and unused from a JLab authorized dealer. The warranty covers the original purchaser or gift recipient only; products bought from unauthorized retailers are not eligible.

    Check your applicable warranty period. Wired earbuds carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty; all other JLab products (Bluetooth earbuds, headphones, speakers, MP3 players) carry a 2-year warranty from the original date of delivery.

  • Ensure your product has not been damaged due to misuse, abuse, wear and tear, or hostile environments. JLab covers manufacturing defects only; fraud or misrepresentation will result in the denial of all warranty coverage.

Step 2:

  • Visit the JLab website to register your product. Registration activates your warranty, qualifies you for a free gift from JLab, and helps the support team locate your details faster when processing a claim.

    Before submitting a claim, explore the JLab Support website for troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and product manuals. Many issues can be resolved quickly without the need to send your product in.

  • Keep your original proof of purchase in a safe place. This is required to confirm your product was bought from an authorized retailer and to process any warranty claim.

Step 3:

  • Visit the JLab Support website and complete the warranty claim form with your proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue. JLab aims to respond within 24–48 business hours; if you don't hear back, check your spam or junk folder.

    If instructed to ship your product, use a carrier with tracking. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and note that any product sent to JLab will not be returned, regardless of the outcome; international customers are also responsible for return shipping and customs charges.

  • Once approved, JLab will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or issue a non-expiring Warranty Credit equal to the current price of the product on JLab.com. Store credit never expires and can be used on any product in the JLab online store.

JLab Audio Warranty Period:

  • Wired Earbuds: Limited Lifetime Warranty from date of purchase

  • All Other JLab Products (Bluetooth Earbuds, Headphones, Speakers, MP3 Players): 2 years from date of actual delivery

  • Note: Bluetooth earbuds, headphones, and speakers purchased after July 1, 2018 carry a 2-year warranty even if the product box states 1 year

  • Return/Exchange Window (JLab.com direct purchases only): 30 days from date of purchase

What is covered under the JLab Audio Warranty?

JLab provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for all authentic JLab wired earbuds.

  • All other JLab products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of actual delivery.
  • The warranty extends to the original end-use purchaser or a gift recipient, provided the product was purchased from an authorized dealer.

Damage from wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or hostile environments JLab covers manufacturing defects only, not damage resulting from mistreatment or improper use.

  • Products purchased from non-authorized retailers proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required; warranty coverage will not be extended to non-authorized retailer purchases.
  • Non-JLab branded products JLab's limited warranties cover only JLab branded and MP3 products; fraud or misrepresentation will result in denial of all warranty coverage.
