3 Simple Steps for Crown Audio Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• Confirm your product was purchased brand new from a HARMAN Professional authorized dealer. This warranty does not apply to used, refurbished (B-stock carries 1 year), or products transferred outside the fifty United States.

  Ensure your product is within the applicable warranty period for your specific model. I-Tech HD Series and Macro-Tech I Series carry 5 years; XLi Series carries 1 year; all other Crown models carry 3 years from the date of purchase.

  Verify that your product's serial number is intact and unaltered; products with altered, defaced, or removed serial numbers are not eligible for warranty service. This warranty is non-transferable and protects only the original end-user.

Step 2:

• Visit the Crown Audio website to register your product through the HARMAN Professional Service Portal and place your purchase details on record for faster warranty processing.

  Complete your registration with your product model, serial number, and date of purchase. Keep your original, dated bill of sale from an authorized HARMAN Professional dealer, as this is required whenever warranty service is requested.

  Registering your product ensures your warranty is on file and helps expedite any future service or repair requests within the warranty period.

Step 3:

• Contact HARMAN Professional US Post-Sales Support with your product model, serial number, original bill of sale, and a detailed description of the symptoms or difficulties you have observed. Do not ship your product without prior authorization and a corresponding Return Authorization (RA) number, as unauthorized returns will void the warranty.

  You are responsible for shipping your product to Harman or the authorized service center, and for all associated inbound shipping charges. If the repairs are confirmed as covered under warranty, Harman will pay return shipping charges, though Harman reserves the right to choose the carrier, mode, and timing of return shipment.

  Upon receipt, Harman will, at its sole discretion, repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, exchange it for a functionally equivalent product, or refund the original purchase price. Any replaced or refunded parts or products become Harman property.

Crown Audio Warranty Period:

• I-Tech HD Series / Macro-Tech I Series / V-Rack: 5 years from date of purchase

• All Other Crown Models: 3 years from date of purchase

• XLi Series: 1 year from date of purchase

• Used / Refurbished (B-Stock) Products: 1 year from date of purchase

• Products purchased January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2022: 6 years (extended promotion; excludes Brazil, China, India, Russia)
