When returning products, it's important to ensure that they are free from any damage and signs of wear. The products should be returned in the same condition as they were received, in their original state.
A restocking fee of twenty percent is applied to returned products. Bracelets cannot be resized. Additionally, demo, pre-owned units, customized, or factory-modified watches will not be accepted.
Items must arrive within two weeks from the notification date to qualify for a refund or exchange. Pre-order deposits and payments are non-refundable and can only be utilized as store credit.

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. Within the warranty period, products exhibiting any such defects will be repaired or replaced at LÜM-TEC's discretion.
2-year limited warranty
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental impact. Additionally, unauthorized repair, opening of the watch case back, adjustment to movement, or any other modification work performed outside their authorized service centers is not covered. Damage to bracelets, straps, or accessories is also excluded from warranty coverage. Furthermore, any water infiltration or damage to the watch caused by failure to secure the screw-down crown or exposure of the watch to depths exceeding the rated water resistance is not covered under the warranty.
