Additionally, you can take advantage of free hemming services.

  • Account holders can track their orders or returns even if they don't have an order number. Additionally, a facility is provided to clients without an account to check the status of their orders or returns but please provide an order or return number for the respective fields.

Step 2:

  • They allow you to return the product at no cost and with no hassle. Customers who made purchases between October 16 and December 24 are eligible to return those products until January 23. Additionally, they qualify for the extended holiday return policy.

  • You can prefer an online or in-store option to send your product bought online. If you made the purchase in person at a store, you can either contact customer support for the return or return the product to the store.

  • They need your proof of payment for the returned products and all products will undergo thorough inspection. You are requested to pay a visit to the stores for exchanges.
