  • If the product necessitates service within the scope of this warranty, you are obligated to furnish Lorex with proof of purchase, which should include the original dated bill of sale, receipt, or invoice, along with the product registration details.

Step 2:

  • The return process of Lorex is straightforward and simple, as you can search for your products here by entering your order number and email address. Then select the items you want to return, confirm, and get the print to ship the product.

  • Finally, ship the product you want to return in its original packaging (packaging in which purchased the product) with the invoices and printed label attached. Note that you are only responsible for the return shipping fee.

  • Before proceeding further with the warranty claim, make sure that your products are unused and in their original packaging to eliminate any reduction from the refund.

Step 3:

  • For the purchase made from their site, you can return the products within 30 days of delivery. However, some conditions are applied to certain products. Refer them before you begin the process on their site.

    The noteworthy point is that the money-back guarantee is applied for the products purchased directly at the Lorex site, and not from other retailers. However, your rights against the defective or damaged products will be protected.

    Upon receiving the products, the Lorex guarantees a refund within 14 days to your card such as PayPal, Visa, or CapitalOne, to name a few, with which you made the original purchase. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
