3 Simple Steps for Longines Watch Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your product, you have the option to return any unworn, undamaged merchandise bought from the official website within 30 days of delivery. This allows you to either exchange the item or receive a full refund equivalent to the purchase price.

  • To initiate your return process, simply follow these steps. Sign in to your account and navigate to the "My Order List" section, where you'll find your order. Click on the "Initiate return" link associated with your order. If you don't have an account, you can utilize their guest return page to initiate your return.

Step 2:

  • For the return of your Longines product, please ensure that it is accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes, warranty cards, user manuals, and any gifts received with purchase (if applicable).

  • Additionally, if there are any extra links due to bracelet sizing, they should also be included. To facilitate a swift return process, please ensure you select the appropriate reason code on the return form.

Step 3:

  • If your merchandise exhibits a significant defect upon receipt (such as being broken or missing parts) or if you have received the incorrect merchandise, they are pleased to facilitate an exchange for you.

  • Kindly reach out to their Customer Service representative by phone within 72 hours of receiving your order. They will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund once the damaged or defective product has been returned.

  • The validity of the warranty is contingent upon the warranty certificate accompanying your Longines watch at the time of purchase being properly dated, fully completed, and stamped by an authorized Longines retailer.

  • During the warranty process, Longines Watch may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
