  • All products can be returned except for the following items, such as engraved and personalized creations. You can either prefer an exchange or a refund for the returned products. The return should be initiated within thirty days without having to pay any cost.

  • You will receive guidance on arranging return shipping once you get in touch with the customer service team. Products returned to the Jaeger‑LeCoultre e-Boutique qualify for a refund.

Step 2:

  • The timely registration of the products will extend the international limited warranty up to 8 years from the original warranty period for both watches and Atmos clocks. The international limited warranty of timepieces can also be extended after registration.

  • Nothing is needed besides the serial number for the registration of your warranty extension. The location and numerals of the serial number vary for the timepiece and Atmos clock. 

Step 3:

  • The Atmos clock has the serial number on its top and it can be found on the back of the timepiece. However, commonly, it is located on the rear side of the international limited warranty card.

  • You have three means of contact to reach out to the customer service team: email, phone, or chat. They are eagerly waiting to provide solutions to your questions regarding orders, inquiries, gift ideas, and more.

What is covered under the Jaeger-LeCoultre Warranty?

Jaeger‑LeCoultre offers a guarantee against all manufacturing defects for a specified period starting from the date of purchase. If any part is determined by their technical services to be defective due to manufacturing issues, Jaeger‑LeCoultre reserves the right to repair or replace it free of charge, at their sole discretion. This limited warranty is only valid if the guarantee certificate included with this booklet has been properly filled out, dated, stamped, and signed by an authorized Jaeger‑LeCoultre retailer or Boutique where the watch was purchased.

What is NOT covered under the Jaeger-LeCoultre Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes defects arising from accidents, mishandling, improper or abusive use (such as impacts, dents, crushing, exposure to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields), unauthorized modification or repair, or the effects of regular wear and tear and aging.
