The limited lifetime warranty applies to regular household use. In the event of chipping, cracking, or other damage to your enameled cast iron during cooking, Lodge will repair or replace it. Should your cookware arrive damaged in its container, Lodge will also provide repair or replacement. The warranty ensures that Lodge Cast Iron cookware is free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase for the original individual purchaser or the recipient by gift.
Limited lifetime warranty
The limited lifetime warranty excludes damage resulting from the use of cookware in commercial establishments, accidents, drops, mishandling, misuse, neglect, overheating, or any use inconsistent with the provided directions. It does not cover damage caused by melted items or external sources, and residues left from abrasive cleaners or polishes are also not included. Additionally, small cosmetic blemishes inherent to sand casting and hand finishing, which do not impact the cookware's performance, are not covered. Color defects, rust, staining, scuffing, powdery surfaces, or rough surfaces—whether inside or outside the pot—are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Since 1896, Lodge Cast Iron has been producing enduring cookware and accessories, with their roots firmly established in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, where they operate two foundries. Drawing on a legacy of over 125 years, each Lodge cookware piece is meticulously crafted to embody both durability and versatility. Throughout their history, Lodge has implemented company-wide recycling initiatives, discovered methods to repurpose foundry sand, adopted biodegradable packaging materials, and made investments in foundry equipment to curtail pollution and decrease energy consumption.
