3 Simple Steps for CorningWare Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • CorningWare suggests that you meet three conditions to initiate warranty inquiries smoothly. The given conditions are as follows:

  • A photo depicting the relevant area where the damage occurred is required.

  • Include a photo of any embossed or printed markings on the product if available. In the absence of such markings, include several photos taken from different angles to verify the product.

  • Ensure that images and attachments do not surpass 5 MB for seamless delivery.

Step 2:

  • You are granted a 90-day window from the date of purchase to return any dissatisfactory products. Eligibility for return applies to products obtained through their E-Commerce website or customer care center. By following the outlined guidelines, you can commence the process of claiming a refund.

  • After deducting the initial shipping and handling charges, a complete refund will be issued, and the prepaid return fee of $8 will also be reimbursed. It is essential to utilize the original packaging for items that remain unused.

  • Your return will be received and processed within 30 days from the date you send back your package.

Step 3:

  • Details pertaining to various categories like FAQs, ordering, account management, shipping, return policies, and warranties for individual products can be found on the customer care center page.

  • The consumer care center is the right place to be contacted in case you receive damaged or faulty products.

  • During the warranty process, CorningWare may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.
