  • The required information includes an image displaying the area of concern (if applicable), an image of any embossed or printed markings on your product (or multiple images from different angles for identification), and ensuring that the total size of images and attachments does not exceed 5MB for successful delivery.

Step 2:

  • You have 90 days from the purchase date to return products if you are dissatisfied. Products received through their E-Commerce website or customer care center are eligible for return. By adhering to the specified rules, you can initiate a refund claim.

  • Subtracting the original shipping and handling charges, a full refund is credited as well as the prepaid return fee of $8 will be reimbursed. You should use the original packaging to pack the products which have not been used.

  • The receipt and processing of your return will take place within 30 days from the date you ship back your package.
