Step 1:

  • In the warranty claim process, you have to select the products, such as furniture or mattresses, that you would like to claim. The information required for both products is identical.

  • Before submitting your claim, you should answer a few questions. Providing answers to these questions will enable them to address your issues promptly.

  • After providing the required details, at the bottom of the form, you need to upload three photos of the product with problems. All photos' maximum size is 10MB.

Step 2:

  • When items are returned, they undergo inspection upon arrival. Subsequently, the applicable credits and refunds are processed, covering the purchase price of the returned item(s), and taxes are reimbursed as per the relevant state regulations.

  • With the exception of refunds related to damaged or defective items, please note that shipping, delivery, and handling charges cannot be refunded, and there may be associated costs for return shipping or pickup services.

  • After the item(s) are received and undergo processing, refunds are typically disbursed within a span of ten (10) business days.

Step 3:

What is covered under the Living Spaces Warranty?

Living Spaces offers a one-year limited warranty on the majority of its furniture, safeguarding against manufacturer defects in both workmanship and materials. This warranty takes effect from the day you acquire the items. For select items, frames enjoy coverage for three years, protecting against structural defects in materials or workmanship. In the event that a defect covered by the warranty is identified, Living Spaces reserves the right to either repair or replace the defective component. Furthermore, Living Spaces provides the option of additional warranty protection through the Living Spaces Care Free Plan extended warranty, which covers labor, transportation, and parts for the covered items.

  • 1-year limited warranty on most of the furniture

  • 3-year limited warranty on Frames of Indoor/Outdoor- Sofas, Loveseats, Chaises, Sectionals, Recliners, Accent Chairs and Ottomans

What is NOT covered under the Living Spaces Warranty?

The warranty explicitly excludes coverage for various scenarios, including accidental damage and the normal wear and tear resulting from typical in-home usage. It also does not extend to damage incurred during delivery or as a consequence of neglect or abuse. In the case of neglect or abuse, Living Spaces will evaluate the product and make a judgment at its own discretion. Moreover, this warranty does not apply to furniture used for commercial or institutional purposes, such as home daycare, business and rental use, or property staging. It also excludes mattresses, mattress foundations, adjustable bases, mattress protectors, and other mattress accessories, along with accessories or clearance and floor model furniture sold "as-is." "As-is" items are ineligible for exchange, refund, return, or service. The warranty specifically excludes coverage for several conditions and scenarios, including any alterations made by the customer. It also does not cover fabric damage resulting from the application of fabric protection, variations in colorfastness or dye lots in fabrics, damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents, as well as any issues stemming from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. This includes problems related to pet hair, mold, bug infestations, or water damage. The warranty does not apply to non-residential use or usage for purposes beyond the product's intended design. It also does not cover the settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear, the piling and wrinkling that naturally occurs with use, fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements such as sunlight, water damage to electrical components, or the inherent characteristics of natural wood grain. The cost of labor and transportation will not be covered.
