They also have an Extended WhiskerCare plan for purchase, which extends the warranty coverage out to 3 years from the date of the robot purchase.

  • Litter-Robot provides you with a 90‑day in‑home trial for you to try their product. You can easily return their product with a full refund if you are not satisfied with it.

  • Litter-Robot does not have a registration platform. You can directly initiate the claim by contacting their customer support.

Step 2:

  • Ensure that you have all the necessary details before getting in touch with their support. The serial number & purchase date of the product along with a detailed description of the issue are very important details to be informed.

  • Whisker’s Customer Experience team will first try to troubleshoot the issue. Most issues can be resolved by troubleshooting with the Customer Experience department, and this will get your Litter-Robot operational immediately.

  • If troubleshooting does not fix the issue, then Whisker will send out a replacement for the part that was diagnosed to be the issue. If you are under the WhiskerCare Warranty period, the part and all shipping will be free.

  • Whisker will sometimes ask that you send back the part being replaced for evaluation. This helps their team of US engineers better understand the issue and make product improvements. If you are asked to send back the part, the shipping will be free.

  • Litter-Robot is known for its friendly customer service. You don’t have to worry even if you don’t have the handy information. They can guide you in all concerns.
