Litter-Robot has a warranty plan in practice called WhiskerCare™ protection plan which provides comprehensive & top to bottom coverage for the appliance at no cost for 1 year from the date of purchase with free shipping for any warranty part. They also have an Extended WhiskerCare plan for purchase, which extends the warranty coverage out to 3 years from the date of the robot purchase.
Litter-Robot provides you with a 90‑day in‑home trial for you to try their product. You can easily return their product with a full refund if you are not satisfied with it.
Litter-Robot does not have a registration platform. You can directly initiate the claim by contacting their customer support.
