A few procedures are required to be completed for the warranty claims. Those procedures are keeping a copy of the invoice and order ID or proof of purchase, having the products, getting in touch with the customer support team, and returning the products to the manufacturer after you get approval.
The contact form is branched into two categories: personal and product. The last four fields of the form need you to provide a receipt and a video or image of the product, a couple of details about the order or shipment, and reasons for the warranty claim.
Registering will grant you access to information about product updates, limited warranties, usage and maintenance recommendations, and notifications concerning safety warnings or product recalls. However, it is not mandatory to claim the warranty.
You should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label which is provided by the customer support team. Without this number, you cannot initiate the return of the unsatisfied products which should be done within thirty days of the delivery date.
The RMA number will expire after fifteen days so shipping of the items has to be completed within that timeframe. The customer support team of Levoit will instruct you on what needs to be done if the wrong items are delivered.
The original packaging must be used to return unsatisfactory products, ensuring all accessories are included. Products that have been worn, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
The processing time period for the refund is the same as that for the return, and it is calculated from the receipt of the items. Your reimbursement will be deposited into the identical payment method utilized for the initial transaction.
