Leon's Furniture provides a protection plan that includes coverage for products that become inoperable due to a material or workmanship defect during the specified Protection Period. The defects will be repaired or replaced based on the original manufacturer's warranty during the Protection Period of the plan. You won't have to pay for parts and labor. The working components of the product are specifically covered under this plan. Please note that the plan only applies to the product's operation under the conditions for which it was designed. Additionally, this plan is applicable only to the equipment purchased for personal or home use.

Please note that cosmetic components and issues such as discolouration, pitting, or rust are not covered under the protection plan. They are not obligated to replace any parts, accessories, or add-on items that are consumable, disposable, expendable, or cosmetic. Additionally, the plan does not cover any loss or damage that results from external causes, like defective or inadequate wiring, accidental or physical damage, outages due to public utility company action or inaction, fire, flood, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquake, theft, misuse or abuse, or connection to other products not recommended for interconnection by the product's manufacturer. Furthermore, this plan does not cover any loss or damage resulting from the failure to provide the manufacturer's recommended maintenance. Also, they will not be liable for any consequential damages or delay in rendering service under this plan, or loss of use during the Protection Period that the product is at the repair center awaiting parts.
