The warranty coverage for your sleep system begins on the day you purchase it and continues according to the Warranty Schedule provided. If your mattress and/or foundation requires repair or replacement under warranty, the coverage will continue from the original date of purchase. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact your local retailer for assistance. The warranty covers the following items during normal wear and tear: coils or wires, torn handles, body indentations of 1-inch [non-quilted] or 1.5 inches [quilted] or greater, and foundations.
1, 3, 5, and 10-year warranty for repair or replacement according to the products
The warranty excludes coverage for certain items such as mattress fabric, border wires, used bedding, bedding sold "as is" and floor models, bed height, comfort preferences, mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation, replacement of another piece in the sleep set unless such other piece is also defective, mattress or foundation damage due to abuse, transportation costs, damage incurred by transportation or delivery, sheet fit, and structural damage from using an improper bed frame. Additionally, please note that mattress sizes can vary based on the model, plus or minus 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch.
