Step 1:

  • The products that are defective under the warranty period have two ways for the problems to be resolved: either by contacting an independent Lennox dealer or a licensed HVAC contractor.

  • When the above-mentioned methods do not work out, you are provided with an option to reach out to the customer service team which is always ready to have your back.

  • You will have no difficulty in the event you are confused about locating an independent Lennox dealer, as they can be found on the official website.

Step 2:

  • The dealer and equipment owner have different registration procedures. The customer number and installation information are supposed to be submitted by the dealers and equipment owners to begin the registration immediately.

  • For the entire registration, both types of customers must provide the serial and model numbers, installation date, and email address, which are essential for confirming the coverage.

Step 3:

  • The provided basic limited warranty is extendable. There are certain limits to how far you can extend it, as outlined on the Lennox website.

  • Their customized options offer you the chance to opt for either parts-only coverage or parts-and-labor coverage, ensuring you have the peace of mind you require.

Lennox Warranty Period:

  • 10-year limited warranty on the compressor for Lennox Elite Series products

  • 10-year limited warranty on the parts and compressor for Dave Lennox Signature Collection Series products
