Step 1:

  • The time period for the right of withdrawal is fourteen days from the date of the delivery of the product. Within this time frame, the purchase can be rejected by the customers without the need to pay for compensation or give any reasons.

  • During this withdrawal period, you are supposed to ask for permission from the company's side via the return portal to initiate the return. They will return all funds received from you, with the exception of any incurred delivery charges.

Step 2:

  • The return cost of the products must be paid by the consumers who want to use the right of withdrawal provided to you. The products should be dispatched to the manufacturer within 14 days from the date the return request is made. 

  • No other packaging has to be used other than the original packaging for return. You have to return the products in a new and unused condition, in perfect state, with all protective materials in place, and the original labels and packaging fully intact.

  • As soon as the cost for the return is paid, you will be able to receive the return label that is sent through the return portal and the provided email address. Following the inspection of the product, the refund amount is provided.

What is covered under the Serax Warranty?

The statutory warranty encompasses either repairing or replacing the faulty Product. Nevertheless, if it becomes evident that repairing or replacing it is unfeasible, disproportionately difficult, or would cause significant inconvenience to you.

What is NOT covered under the Serax Warranty?

The warranty excludes damage resulting from typical wear and tear, and any alterations, whether intentional or accidental, made by you to the Products, including improper usage and exposure to moisture, fire, earthquakes, and other external factors. It also excludes damage arising from improper installation or usage contrary to the provided instructions and information. Additionally, damage incurred subsequent to the removal of seals from specific parts or the removal or illegibility of serial numbers and other product identifiers is not covered. Removal of these seals without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, damage to immovable property is not within the scope of the warranty.
