  • Ensure your helmet is free from any unauthorized technical modifications such as third-party painting, glue, or the installation of non-factory Bluetooth systems, as these alterations will immediately void your coverage.

Step 2:

  • Perform a thorough inspection of the helmet to identify any defects in raw materials or workmanship, and prepare a detailed description of the problem to inform the technical team of the specific failure.

  • Verify that the issue is not related to normal aging of the fabric or internal quilting, nor to cracks caused by the use of damaging chemical products or alcohol-based spirits, as these are considered maintenance or mishandling issues.

  • Rule out subjective comfort factors such as size, aerodynamics, or wind noise, as the factory service is focused exclusively on manufacturing faults rather than personal fit preferences.

Step 3:

  • Present your helmet along with the proof of purchase to the authorized dealer where the product was originally bought to initiate the formal warranty evaluation process.

  • Provide your full contact details, including your name, surname, address, and telephone number, so the service team can track your case and notify you once the assessment is complete.

  • Coordinate with the technical team for the resolution; if a defect is confirmed and the product is within the coverage window, KYT Americas will settle the costs for all necessary repair work to restore the helmet to factory standards.

KYT Warranty Period:

  • KYT Americas offers a 3 year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer against manufacturing defects.
