Rule out subjective concerns such as wind noise, aerodynamics, or personal fit preferences, as the service evaluation is focused exclusively on identifying hardware failures present from the factory.
Initiate your claim by contacting the specific authorized ICON dealer where you originally purchased the product, as they are equipped to facilitate the initial review and after-sales service procedure.
Prepare a detailed description of the reported issue along with high-resolution photos, allowing the technical specialists to perform a preliminary evaluation before you ship the item for a physical inspection.
Coordinate with the support team for the final resolution; at the discretion of the brand, the product will be repaired or replaced to ensure your gear meets ICON’s rigorous safety and performance standards.
All Icon products are warranted for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship.
