Step 1:

  • Locate the alphanumeric Serial Number and unique product identifiers on your helmet, ensuring the unit has not been customized with third-party paints, glues, adhesives, or screws, as any technical modification by the user will immediately void the warranty.

  • Secure a valid tax invoice issued by an authorized Axor reseller or dealer, as this document is mandatory for a claim to be considered; please note that products purchased under promotions or with discounted bills are not eligible for warranty coverage.

  • Perform a thorough physical inspection of the helmet, as minor cosmetic damages or marks found after the point of sale are not classified as manufacturing defects and must be identified at the time of purchase to be addressed.

Step 2:

  • Verify that the reported issue is a genuine manufacturing defect and does not fall under normal usage wear, such as the aging of inner fabrics, helmet beading coming off, or the natural degradation of high-viz colors due to prolonged UV exposure.

  • Ensure the helmet has been maintained according to factory guidelines and has not been exposed to intense heat sources or harmful chemical products, including the use of methylated spirits on visor treatments, which can damage the UV coating.

  • Rule out subjective concerns such as wind noise, whistling, aerodynamics, or general fit and comfort, as these are related to individual preference and use-case rather than defects in materials or workmanship.

Step 3:

  • Initiate your claim by visiting your authorized reseller or dealer, or by contacting the factory directly to provide a detailed description of the verified defect for evaluation.

  • Present your valid tax invoice along with the helmet to the distribution network to allow the technical team to supply the materials and labor reasonably necessary to remedy the reported defect.

  • Coordinate with the service team for the final resolution; once the defect is verified, Axor will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product to restore it to factory-standard performance.

  • Subjective Concerns: Issues regarding personal comfort, size, wind whistling, padding noise, or the aerodynamic feel of the helmet during flight.
  • Accessories & Promotional Items: Helmet accessories are excluded from the warranty, as are any products purchased as part of a promotion or discount.
