Step 1:

  • The products that need repair service under the warranty period must be brought to the place where you bought them. From that location, your products will be sent to the nearest authorized DPA service center.

  • The altering, tampering, or removal of the serial number of the products will make the warranty null and void. No service fee will be charged for the repair.

Step 2:

  • Damage or loss resulting from events classified as force majeure or beyond the manufacturer's control and general maintenance and servicing are also not included in the warranty coverage.

  • All their microphones are backed by a warranty lasting at least two years, with some offering extended coverage up to five years.

Step 3:

  • The unresolved doubts that you have in your mind will be rectified by the customer care team members who are trained for that. The company has branches in many countries.

  • Your name, address, country, email, phone number, security code, and a few additional pieces of information have to be submitted in the contact form.

  • 2-year warranty on Instrument microphones, Headset microphones, Accessories, and adapters, and 2000-series handheld microphones and adapters

  • 5-year warranty on 4000-series pencil microphones and preamplifiers, and 4000-series handheld microphones and wireless adapters

What is covered under the DPA Microphones Warranty?

DPA Microphones A/S warrants all microphones and digital audio interfaces it manufactures and supplies. The warranty period begins on the date of the initial purchase from the manufacturer and covers the mechanical functionality of the products as well as specifications published by the manufacturer.

What is NOT covered under the DPA Microphones Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. Additionally, it excludes damage or loss caused by mishandling or unauthorized access to the product. Wear and tear not attributable to recommended usage are also not covered. Moreover, damage or loss caused by connected devices or accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, or failure to follow operating procedures outlined in the user manual by the customer or unauthorized parties is not covered.
