DPA Microphones A/S warrants all microphones and digital audio interfaces it manufactures and supplies. The warranty period begins on the date of the initial purchase from the manufacturer and covers the mechanical functionality of the products as well as specifications published by the manufacturer.
2-year warranty on Instrument microphones, Headset microphones, Accessories, and adapters, and 2000-series handheld microphones and adapters
5-year warranty on 4000-series pencil microphones and preamplifiers, and 4000-series handheld microphones and wireless adapters
The warranty does not cover damage or loss resulting from modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by unauthorized parties. Additionally, it excludes damage or loss caused by mishandling or unauthorized access to the product. Wear and tear not attributable to recommended usage are also not covered. Moreover, damage or loss caused by connected devices or accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, or failure to follow operating procedures outlined in the user manual by the customer or unauthorized parties is not covered.
