Step 1:

  • The damaged products you have received will be repaired or replaced by Knoll if you inform the customer service center within five days of receiving the product. You can do so via phone, selecting prompt 3, or through email.

  • It is better to keep all products and packaging because they will be inspected if they have been damaged during transportation for a UPS delivery. Without paying a single penny out of your pocket, you will initiate a return with new packaging and labels sent by Knoll once they decide that you have made a valid claim.

  • The cost of dispatching the products again to your location is also free. No warranty claim will be valid if you contact them for damage that occurred to the packaging only. To your right, there is a form with a few fields and photos to be uploaded within a size limit of 10MB each and either in JPG or PDF format.

Step 2:

  • The time period for the standard return policy is 30 days. The products that did not make you happy can be returned in their original condition after informing the customer service center using email or phone number.

  • The refund amount is determined by subtracting shipping and delivery charges. Furthermore, a 10 percent restocking fee of the total purchase price will be deducted from the refund. The original payment method that you used will be used to credit the refund money for the return that comes with a receipt.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided for exchanges, credits, or refunds on eligible items, along with the amount of tax paid as per applicable state law. According to them, the original paper receipt, e-receipt, original packing slip, and order number are proof of purchase. 

  • You have to note that the above guidelines are for residential customers. Buyers from other sectors must visit the help center for any other matters.

What is covered under the Knoll Furniture Warranty?

The seller promises to the original purchaser that the products they manufacture and sell are free from defects in workmanship and materials during the applicable warranty period. If any failure to meet this limited warranty occurs within the warranty period from the date of shipment, the seller will, upon prompt written notice, repair or replace, at their discretion and expense, the affected part or parts.

What is NOT covered under the Knoll Furniture Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for typical wear and tear, as well as actions or oversights by parties other than the seller (such as user modifications or improper product use or installation), COM, or other third-party materials used on products. It also does not cover products installed outside the purview of a Knoll Dealer or Knoll's white-glove agent network, extreme temperature fluctuations or exposure to uncommon conditions, or alterations in surface finishes, including colorfastness due to aging or light exposure. Moreover, natural variations in wood, marble, and leather are not considered defects, and the seller does not ensure colorfastness or matching of colors, grains, textures, or surface hardness for such materials. Furthermore, the warranty does not guarantee the colorfastness of fiberglass panel surfaces. Lastly, it does not cover actions or oversights by parties other than Knoll, user modifications, unusual atmospheric or environmental conditions, or misuse of textiles, including cuts, spills, or other forms of misuse of the product.
