What is covered under the BoConcept Warranty?

The warranty encompasses material and workmanship defects across their entire collection, guaranteeing the correction of any defects or replacement of the product within the warranty duration. It applies to products acquired after January 1, 2022, and remains valid for five years from the purchase date at a BoConcept store or from the delivery date provided by BoConcept.

What is NOT covered under the BoConcept Warranty?

The warranty excludes general wear and tear, cut marks, scratches, or other damages resulting from improper use, accidents, impacts, or external harm, as well as discoloration due to mishandling or improper usage. It also does not cover damage or discoloration resulting from inadequate or incorrect care/maintenance, as per BoConcept care instructions. Additionally, products that have been improperly stored, mounted, or utilized, as well as those that have been misused or altered, are not covered. Exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations, direct sunlight, or unsuitable environments such as outdoors or damp areas like bathrooms voids the warranty as well.
