The warranty excludes general wear and tear, cut marks, scratches, or other damages resulting from improper use, accidents, impacts, or external harm, as well as discoloration due to mishandling or improper usage. It also does not cover damage or discoloration resulting from inadequate or incorrect care/maintenance, as per BoConcept care instructions.
