    Check how long you've had your product. Passive speakers are covered for 10 years, and powered subwoofers for 5 years from the original purchase date; keep your receipt handy, as you'll need it to prove when you bought it.

  • Make sure the issue isn't the result of accidents, misuse, electrical surges, incorrect use, or poor maintenance. The warranty covers genuine production and material defects, not damage caused by things that could have been avoided; a tampered or altered serial number will also void your coverage immediately.

  • Head over to the KLH Audio website and register your product as soon as you can. This is not optional; registration must be completed within 120 days of purchase to activate your warranty, so don't put it off.

    When registering, have your product model, serial number, and purchase date ready. The process is straightforward, and the information you provide stays with KLH and is never shared with third parties.

  • Hold onto your original purchase receipt somewhere safe; you'll need it if you ever have to make a warranty claim, so it's worth storing a digital copy just in case the paper one goes missing.

    Have your registration details, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the problem ready before you make contact.   • If you're asked to ship your product in, pack it carefully to avoid further damage in transit. Transportation costs for any service call are not covered by the warranty and will need to be covered by you.
