Step 1:

  • Confirm that your product was purchased new from an authorized retailer in the United States or Canada and that you are the original retail purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover products purchased, serviced, or used outside the United States or Canada.

  • Verify that your product is within the applicable warranty period. Most 808 Audio products carry either a 90-day or 12-month limited warranty from the date of original purchase. Always check the warranty card included with your specific product for confirmed coverage.

  • Make sure the issue is a genuine defect in materials or workmanship under normal use. Damage from alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accidents, or exposure to moisture is not covered. Damage caused by an AC adapter not provided with the product is also excluded.

Step 2:

  • Visit the 808 Audio website to register your product online. Registration allows 808 Audio to contact you in the unlikely event that a safety notification is required and places your purchase details on record for any future warranty service.

  • Keep your original dated bill of sale or sales receipt stored safely. This is required as proof of warranty coverage when submitting a claim and must be presented to the approved warranty station along with your product.

  • Note down your product’s model number and serial number found on the product. These details, along with the purchase date and dealer information, are required when initiating a warranty service request.

Step 3:

  • Contact 808 Audio customer support via the support portal on the 808 Audio website to locate your nearest approved warranty station. Deliver your product with proof of purchase, a specification of the defect, and transportation prepaid to the approved warranty station.

  • Voxx Accessories Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product with new or reconditioned parts at no charge for parts and labor. Note that the warranty does not extend to costs incurred for installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product.

  • If you have not yet registered your product, do so via the 808 Audio website before submitting your claim. Any action for breach of warranty must be brought within 24 months from the date of original purchase.
